Ownership Structure
The Amano Ridge ownership structure differs from other retirement options. By freehold ownership you have the advantage of enjoying any capital gains should you decide to sell. You’ll also enjoy more financial freedom with no deferred management fee.
Maintained
A Residents Association manages multiple aspects of the development so you can be sure Amano Ridge will remain beautiful for years to come.
Building Guarantee
Each home comes with a Northlit 10-year Building Guarantee on structural elements & weather tightness of the homes, as well as supplier and contractor warranties to all aspects of the build.
Low & Secure Deposit
On execution of a fully signed Sale and Purchase agreement only pay a small deposit to secure your agreement. This is topped up to 20% of the purchase price on going unconditional. The remaining 80% is paid on completion of your home.
